Submission of a listing form does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

By using this website and submitting listing forms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to bind the business you are representing
• You have all necessary licences, permits, and registrations to operate your business
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

4. Listing Submissions

This website accepts submissions for three types of listings: Activity Listings, Real Estate Agency Listings, and Upcoming Events Listings. By submitting any form, you agree to the following terms.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your listing submissions. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including business descriptions, contact details, photos, images, and any claims made about your services, activities, or events.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit listings that:

• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Promote illegal activities or harmful products/services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Content Ownership Warranty

By submitting content to us, including but not limited to photographs, images, logos, descriptions, and any other materials, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator and owner of the content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licences to use and submit the content
• The content is not licensed from any third party in a way that would restrict our use of it
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party
• You have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in photographs or images
• You have the authority to grant us the rights described in these Terms

Licence to Use Content

By submitting a listing form (Activity Listing, Real Estate Agency Listing, or Upcoming Events Listing), you grant Laputan Pty Ltd and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the submitted content
• Display the content on AroundSchools and any associated websites, applications, or platforms
• Share the content with our partners, affiliates, and third-party platforms for promotional and marketing purposes
• Create derivative works from the content
• Use the content in any media format and through any media channels, whether now known or later developed
• Sublicence these rights to our partners and service providers

This licence continues even if you stop using our services or request removal of your listing. We may retain and continue to use any content that has already been shared with partners or published on third-party platforms.

Real Estate Agency Listings

If you submit a Real Estate Agency Listing, you additionally consent to us sharing your agency information, contact details, and submitted content with users of AroundSchools who are searching for real estate services in your area. You acknowledge that your listing information will be publicly visible and may be used to connect you with potential clients.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Laputan Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our listing forms are powered by Tally.so. Your use of these forms is also subject to Tally.so's terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any listing will be approved or published
• Your listing will generate any particular results or outcomes
• The information on the website is accurate or complete

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laputan Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our services.
